Customer Cancellation Policy

  • If canceled 7 days before the departure date, the money is refunded in full;
  • If the tour is canceled from 7 to 3 days before the departure date – a refund of 50% of the cost;
  • If the tour is canceled 2 days before the departure date or less, the money will not be refunded;
  • Refunds will be made within 45 days of receipt of cancellation notice;
  • Refunds are made in the same form in which the tour payment was made;
  • Refunds are issued only to the account from which the order was paid for;
  • Once your return has been processed, you will receive a notification. Further deadline for receipt of funds  your account after processing the return depends on  your bank.

Change/cancellation at the initiative of the client

Notification of cancellation or change must be submitted to the company in writing via any information channel: WhatsApp, fax, email, during company opening hours  (Sun-Thu 09:00-18:00, Friday and holiday eves 09:00-12:30).  The company has the right to confirm/not confirm cancellation/change in accordance with the return policy.

Change/cancellation by initiative  company

The Company reserves the right to change the date and/or content of the tour and/or cancel the tour at its sole discretion. The company undertakes to inform the client about any change/cancellation of the tour/excursion. If the client does not agree to the change, he has the right to demand a full refund of the amount paid and the company guarantees a full refund of the amount paid on account of the order.
