Guided Tours
Group, individual, exotic… For a more precise search, our tours are divided into categories. You can also choose a tour based on a territorial basis or look at tours by city.
You can contact us in any way convenient for you. All contacts are listed on the “About Us” page
After confirming your order or payment, a letter with detailed information about your order will be sent to the email address you specified when ordering. Additionally, you will receive a reminder on your WhatsApp, or a staff member will call you. All meeting points are listed on the “Meeting Points” page
You can leave a request for a tour whenever it is convenient, but you must pay for the reservation when ordering. Please note that places may run out. Don’t wait until the last day.
Check the terms and conditions of your booking on the tour description page. If the date on the calendar is marked as available for booking, you can submit an application.
Depending on the number of people in the group and the route, we usually use three types of transport. The first is large “intercity” single-decker buses with panoramic windows, adjustable seats, two exits, and a luggage compartment.
For a mini-group, we use a minivan equipped with seats with adjustable backrests and a width transformation mechanism.
For small groups – minivans up to 7 passengers.
All buses have a climate control system, high-quality lighting, a separate seat for a guide, and the ability to connect the necessary audio equipment. The tour begins on the bus.
There are no toilets on buses. But we plan our tours in such a way that every 1.5 hours there is an opportunity to use a stationary toilet.
If this is not indicated in the detailed tour description, then no.
If these are not rest days, we do not recommend taking children under 4 years old on the tour.
We try to get as close as possible to the starting point of the tour. There is always the opportunity to sit down and rest during any of our tours (if it is not an extreme tour). We also have tours designed taking into account the wishes of tourists of the “golden age”.
Try to order as early as possible and coordinate seating arrangements with the agency staff.
You should know that we plan tours so that there is a stop every 1.5 hours. In addition, water with lemon or just lemon is an excellent remedy for motion sickness.
During tours, we have time for a packed lunch. We invite our guests to trusted places with good cuisine and low prices. You pay for your own meals. You can also have lunch at any place you like or take lunch with you.
If your plans have changed and you need to reschedule your order to another date after confirmation, be sure to contact us and agree on a new date for the tour. More details on page “Refund Policy”
The detailed description of the tour or excursion lists everything that is included in the price and what additional charges may apply. If you do not find the information you need, please contact us in a way convenient for you.
This is a day when we do not plan any tour but offer to go with us to fascinating, unusual, or, on the contrary, ordinary and famous places. We act as transportation and support. We tell you what to see, how and where to go, and what to pay attention to. And you are on your own to plan your time and enjoy your vacation.
Payment
If you want to pay for the selected tour online, select “pay” and follow the instructions. If you want to pay in cash at the office, select “Order”. More details on the “How to book a tour” page.
For some tours, a cash payment option is available on-site. Contact our employee and check with him.
Gift Certificates
You can purchase a gift certificate and read the terms of its use on the “Gift Certificate” page.
Any one. If the cost of a tour exceeds the certificate limit, you will be asked to pay the remaining balance to complete the booking.
Yes it is possible. If you have certificates in denominations of 300 and 200 nis, you can use them to pay for a tour for 250 nis for two.
You can pay for one or several tour places. Place an order for the required number of participants and pay with a certificate.
The balance is not refundable. But we have never had any funds remaining on the certificate after ordering a tour. Because you can choose a tour not only by interest, but also by price.
