The purchase of a tour/excursion indicates the Client’s agreement to the general terms and conditions of the company’s tours.

When booking a tour, the client is required to provide accurate contact information (first name, last name, address, e-mail, and phone number). The phone is used for emergency communication with tourists. Responsibility for the correctness of the specified contact information lies entirely with the client. The client must be available during business hours (the phone must be turned on, and calls must be received without obstacles). The company is not responsible if, due to incorrect contact information provided by the client or the inability to reach him, the necessary information was not transmitted in a timely manner.

All guided tours include:

  • Comfortable tourist buses
  • Direct routes without transfers
  • Children (2-12 years old) 20 NIS discount
  • Prices are in shekels. When paying by credit card + 2% (up to 3 payments)
  • Departure from other cities in agreement with agency representatives

The general recommendation to take with you on tours:

  • Drinking water
  • Sun hat
  • Sunglasses and sun cream
  • Shoes should be comfortable and suitable for walking on cobblestones or gravel/dirt roads
  • On vacation days (Dead Sea, hot springs) take swimwear

Visiting religious places

  • Visiting temples and other holy places only in modest clothing;
  • Visitors in shorts, short skirts, bare shoulders, etc. will not be allowed into holy places;
  • When visiting Muslim and Buddhist temples  may be required  take off your shoes.
  • Excursions to Bethlehem and Jericho are carried out only if you have a foreign passport from another state (not Israeli). Entry for Israeli citizens is possible in agreement with the agency and/or upon obtaining permission from the competent structures of the State of Israel.

Bus tours

  • In case of a no-show or lateness for the tour, the money will not be returned or compensated.   The time indicated on the voucher is the bus departure time;
  • Tourists should arrive at the boarding location 5 minutes before the stated departure time. The agency is not responsible to tourists who are late for the bus or who fall behind the group. Please be responsible. The group does not wait for latecomers. Claims regarding this matter will not be accepted.
  • The departure time for the excursion may change, in which case an employee of the company will notify you by phone specified when purchasing. Make sure that your phone is with you on the eve of the excursion and during it and is turned on.
  • The agency reserves the right to cancel the excursion or change the departure date at its discretion, but with mandatory notification to the client at least 12 hours before the departure of the tour.  In these cases, the client has the right to agree to the change or receive a full refund of the cost of the excursion paid by him;
  • The agency is not responsible for the bus being late due to unforeseen delays;
  • It is possible to change the tour route and/or replace objects if it is impossible to visit them for reasons beyond the control of the company.
  • It is possible to replace the hotel with a hotel of the same level or higher.
  • Insurance applies to each client (only while on the bus) and is included in the price of the excursion.  Responsibility for having an individual insurance policy lies with the client
  • The company does not sell excursions with assigned seats on the bus. Seats on the bus are allocated at the discretion of the agency, taking into account receipt of payment/orders. Claims regarding this matter will not be accepted.
  • The agency is not responsible for any possible moral/physical/material and/or other damage received by the client during the excursion;
  • The presence of animals on excursions is strictly prohibited;
  • Unfortunately, at this stage, our group routes and vehicles are not designed to accommodate customers with disabilities.

Rules for tours abroad

  • Signing up for a tour and/or purchasing an air ticket means that the client is familiar with the conditions for participation in organized tours of the supplier company or the conditions of the airline.
  • The client is obliged to ensure that he has a foreign passport with a validity period of at least 6 months at the time of departure of the tour.
  • The client is obliged to promptly and completely provide the company with all necessary documents and passports, and also warn the company about the personal restrictions (health and other) of the tourist himself. Failure to provide this information and documents may lead to cancellation of the tourist’s participation in the tour without refund of its cost.
  • The client is strongly recommended to take out travel insurance for trips abroad.
  • The company is not responsible for damage caused in the event of force majeure, natural disasters, hospitalization, accidents, hostile acts and the like, as well as for loss of documents or money.
  • The company reserves the right to make minor changes to tour routes, as well as to replace hotels with hotels of the same level.
  • If the client, on his own initiative, does not take part in some part of the tour, this part will not be compensated to him under any circumstances.
  • The tour price does not include lunch, tips, border taxes and personal expenses of the client, unless otherwise provided by the company and specified in the tour description.
